Before starting Solace, I spent more than 10 years managing operations, sales and teams within the luxury jewellery sector.
I've managed teams of 20–30 people, supported recruitment and onboarding, worked with directors on business planning, managed customer-facing and back-of-house operations and dealt with the detail and responsibility that comes with running a busy business.
That experience shapes how I work with clients today.

Ongoing support starts from £500 per month, with ad-hoc support available at £65 per hour and tailored operational projects priced according to scope.
Every ongoing client receives structured onboarding, clear priorities and regular reviews so that your support continues to reflect what your business needs as it grows.
