Hi, I’m Andrea, founder of Solace Virtual Assistance (Solace VA)
I provide experienced operations support and virtual assistance to growing businesses across Edinburgh, Scotland and the UK.
My background is in operations, sales and management, with more than 10 years' experience helping businesses run effectively.
I've managed teams of up to 30 people, supported recruitment and onboarding, worked with directors on business planning, and managed both customer-facing and back-of-house operations.
That experience shapes how I work with clients today.
I don't just look at what needs doing. I look at why it's happening, whether there's a better way to do it, and what I can take ownership of for you.

Ongoing support starts from £500 per month.
Ad-hoc support is available at £50 per hour, with operational projects priced according to scope.
Every ongoing client receives structured onboarding, clear priorities and regular reviews so your support continues to reflect what your business needs as it grows.
